MY RVA Taxi is the industry-wide regional taxicab dispatching service and mobile app for Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico and Hanover, Virginia. The app is free to download and use for passengers. The service streamlines and simplifies taxi cab booking by providing taxicab passengers with the taxicab in the network closest to their location, eliminating the need for a passenger to call multiple companies. The service also allows RVA taxicab passengers to book the taxicab via our smartphone app and track the status and location of their ride in real time. MY RVA TAXI is not a transportation provider, but operates as a broker/dispatching service to the taxicab service providers in our network. MY RVA TAXI, LLC is licensed, bonded, and maintains operating authority from the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. All providers in the MY RVA TAXI network are licensed and insured and operate pursuant to the laws/regulations of the Commonwealth of Virginia, the Department of Motor Vehicles, and local/regional regulations.
